When it rains it pours! Sorry for all the questions!

When I go into certain customer's orders, I get an error saying 'Invalid rate type in customer's accoutn set ACCTUS'. ACCTUS is just our US accounts.

I checked that control account, and it's default is set to 'ME'. The company profile is also set to 'ME', and 'ME' has been set up in Multi-Currency.

What's going on here?

Hi, Acrylon,

Is it possible that the dataset's ADSPROF.xxx file (where 'xxx' is your 3-character data extension) is pointing to an incorrect Currency location?

To check this out and change it if necessary, with no one in the data, drill down to your data folder and open the ADSPROF.xxx file using Notepad.

The Currency path is usually set to Softrak\System or \ASP, for sites still using DOS ACCPAC Plus, on your server.

It actually ended up being that one of the rate types had been deleted. Adding it backed solved the problem.
