I buy the new software Toolkit for Adagio. When i create my batch, i can't print these one. This warning apear to me.

It sounds like the software didn't install properly. You might try uninstalling it and re-doing the install. Was everyone out of Adagio when you installed the new program?

okay.. i try that today. When i install the toolkit for the first time, nobody are in the computer.

First, I'd recommend that you install the latest version. The original link to the setup should still work. If not, send me email for that information.

If you still get this problem, it may be related to a misplaced QRW report table. You could try manually copying the contents of \SOFTRAK\TOOLKIT\QRASP to your active \QRASP directory.
