Could you please update on when the next upgrade to Bank Recs may be coming along? One of our employees has again mentioned that if she could edit a customer's account directly from Bank Recs, it would make life a lot easier. Currently, if a customer is on hold, and makes a payment, or if we wish to add/change/delete an alert or comment, we have to flip into Accounts Receivable to do it.

Hi Barb9,

In the BankRec company profile, under the Interface Options, Receivables, you can set the option to warn if a customer is on hold during cash entry. You can turn off the hold from the cash entry screen in BankRec. That's in the current version.

Full edit of customer is a good suggestion.
