Can Adagio Receivables create an export file that would be compatible with Canadian Payments Association for pre-authorized debits?

Send an e-mail to stevew (at) softrak.com if you require this functionality. It has to be done individually for each bank. We have done it for a couple of Adagio Users. It is a customization and additional (reasonable) charges apply.

Depends on the bank and whatever their format requirements are. Also, are you looking for integration with Adagio Receivables and/or Adagio Invoices?

We deal with the Royal Bank. I'd be looking at intregration with Receivables, I guess. This is for apartment management -- we want to get away from rent cheques and go to auto-debit, so I want to be able to export all monthly changes made to rental amounts in A/R to the file for the bank.

Hello Jean,

Actually, the integration is with Invoices, as it is not possible with Receivables to tell which invoices you are trying to direct debit payment for. Figure somewere between $2000 and $4000 for the work.
