Client is running Adagio modules with the add-on Production Tracker from Garo Group.

Production Tracker resides on the server and checks every minute to see if there are any new or modified orders in O/E, and if yes, automatically sends this information to the Production Tracker software. We use the ODBC module to make the connection to Adagio.

Problem: We cannot run the data integrity checks because the Garo Group is always logged on to Adagio ODBC.

Is there any work-around that would allow us to have ODBC running and still run the DIC?

Datacare has an option to run without exclusive access to the data-files. The downside is that it can detect problems but not fix them when running without exclusive access.

This is available for those who are running Datacare.
But in this case, the client runs the DIC directly from the modules.

They’ll have to stop whatever process Garo is using to scan the data since ODBC only locks the files when the tables are actually being read.
