We just upgraded to Invoices 9.3A (Had to have old date converted to work). Now we are getting ready for our first invoice batch and the program is rounding all prices to the nearest dollar for new items. Invoices in Archives are still to 2 decimal places. Where do we adjust how prices are rounded?

Update: The rounding only occurs when trying to edit prices in an existing archived invoice. If we delete the invoice and create a new one, the rounding does not take place.

Have you tried doing a backup and then using the Maintenance | Update Archive Batch function to affect the Price field?

You'd want to be careful to ensure that the Unit Price in your Edit | Items is what you want it to be first.

If there are currently no decimal places in the Unit Price field in the archive batch, this will put the price with decimal places in the batch.
