May I know where I can get the PDF Manual for the following modules?
Order Entry
GridView
Ledger
Receivables

I went to the softrak's site product documentation, and it say use online help. I also know that you can use the F1 or Help in Adagio Modules. But it will be nice if I can have a PDF version of it.

Hi Marlon,

\Softrak\Manuals has PDFs for all of the modules you have installed. Installation copies the PDFs to that directory.

Where do you get the manuals for cloud users?

Hi Treasure,

They can also be obtained from within the Client Portal of the Softrak website, in the Product Documentation area.

I believe the \Softrak folder and sub-folders (including the \Manuals sub-folder) are generally locked down from access in the Cloud, where the Cloud Explorer does not list the program directories as viewable.
