I'm facing an audit and I need to provide A/R and A/P data to CRA. I've provided the reports that I have but the transactions have been consolidated. How can I provide un-consolidated reports? I can't seem to find a way to do this.

Too late. Once consolidated the transactions cannot be unconsolidated.

On the other hand, if CRA is asking for AR and AP data, unlike the GL transactions the data stored in these modules do not get consolidated. Your Adagio Consultant will have tools and may be able to help you determine what unconsolidated data you can get out of your database.

Thanks for the reply. I've looked at all the reports and through Gridview on Payables and Receivables and I can't find any data for 2014 and 2015, the years I need. Where does this data go? Don't tell me it deletes it.

In AR & AP Company Profile you can define how many days of history to keep. I suspect that 2014 & 2015 are beyond that set time frame so the data has been purged.

Hopefully you are following a best practise approach, backing up and keeping a copy of your database at each year end.
