Honest, I DID search, but couldn't find anything...

What I'm trying to do is an aged payable list that ages what's coming up due, rather than what's past due... virtually none of my payables are ever overdue, but I'm doing AP runs weekly and it would be nice to see columns showing what's coming up due in 15 days vs what's coming up due in 7, if you see what I mean...

That's the Aged Cash Requirements report, you will probably want to edit the aging periods when you run it.

huh... not quite what I needed... no option to specify 'open' invoices, in other words the report doesn't reflect current payments. It shows paid item as part of the cash required... could this be a setting?

When I print the report, it does not show any transactions with a Current Amount of $0.00. It only shows (and ages) transactions with a non-zero current amount. Paid (matched) transactions are not printing on the report.

BTW - There is a Cashflow report in BankRec that ages payables and receivables to determine likely cash position.

Thanks for the reply, I'll have a look again and see if I can figure out why mine's still including the paid stuff... maybe it's because the payment batch hasn't been posted that it's not reflected?

Unposted stuff is never reflected in any report but the batch listings.
