Adagio Ledger/BankRec/AR/AP/Invoices: I used to be able to tab onto an Adagio Calendar window and type in the number 9, resulting in the calendar automatically selecting June 9, 2016. For the past two months Adagio no longer allows this short cut feature which lets me select a calendar date quickly. An error message shows up, “Please enter a valid date”.

Since the calendar short cut feature stopped working, I noticed it changed the date format on the detail lines on the Adagio Invoices. Dates on the detail lines used to appear as 06/09/2016, now it appears as 06-09-2016.
Q. Is there a way to change system settings to get short cut calendar feature back? Also, since the short cut calendar feature stopped working, is that what changed the detail line date format on Adagio Invoices?

This feature is still working but my Short date setting is M/d/yyyy.

Have you changed the date format in Regional settings? What is your Short date format?

I didn't make any changes.

If I go to File --> User Preferences --> Report Options --> The date formats read as follows:
Date format (Header/Footer) MMM dd yyyy
Date format (Detail) MM/dd/yyyy

Is that the problem area?

Support was referring to your Windows settings - from the Control Panel.
