When we first started Adagio in 2007, I have a nice print out of our Customer List on AR module. Recently I tried to print out a new list, but it doesn’t give me the same print out. The phone and fax numbers didn’t appear, and instead there a “Format Address?” appear. We are now using AR 9.0B. Did I miss something out?

There are many options on the Customer List and Statistics report. Have you made sure you are using the same options?

Hi HZN,

Adagio Receivables has undergone a significant database change since 2007, and one area is the address information. Instead of storing the city and province in an address line, addresses can now be formatted so that there are respective fields to keep this information.

The Customer List and Statistics report no longer puts the phone and fax numbers in the Address section. This information can be found in the Profile section along with the email address, website and other contact and general information about the customer.

Did you just want to have a report that lists customers and their addresses and phone numbers? If so then this can still be accomplished by simply editing the columns on a customer grid to include this information, and then export to Excel. Or export the customers with the address and phone number to an Excel sheet. This gives the advantage of printing just one row per customer, rather than 3 or 4 rows in the old version of the report.

Thanks for the reply. I know I can export the info to Excel, but it definitely does not give the “nice” print out from AR module that I wanted (like the old version). Guess I've to live with it for now, and hope you can come up with a better version. smile
