Has anyone had experience with Adagio in a wholesale warehouse setting? We are getting ready to modernize the way that our warehouse processes orders (currently the office is using Adagio OE & IC, while our warehouse is using manual processes, and only uses Adagio for IC inquiries). Does anyone have an example how of Adagio (or 3rd party add-ons with Adagio) can be used successfully in a warehouse order fulfillment setting? Any suggestions or insight would be appreciated.

I know we have lots of those, but perhaps they're not sure exactly how to answer. It is so dependent on how your company and business process is set up. I'm not sure that a Forum can really provide a good answer. This is really the type of question your Adagio consultant can help you with, first by finding out the pain points you are trying to address, and then proposing products or processes to help you out.

Perhaps some members of the community can post some questions they would need answers to before they can comment further.

For example, do you have one warehouse or several? Are they local or remote?

I am presently installing Warehouse Management System (WMS)by Lenmax in 3 (cities) locations for one client and in 1 location for another client. I had researched several possibilities but found this to be the best solution for the Adagio world.
I have much experience in the warehouse solution area as I set up the first site in North America using Symbol handhelds, Accpac DOS, Plus BarTender, and Live Picking many, many years ago.
I know you are located in the USA but I would be more than happy to discuss my installs with you. Post reply here if you wish.
I have also installed Lenmax's EDI solution at another of my clients with great success.
