I have closed A/R subledger for for the fiscal year and started new year without clearing the batch status reports. So the numbering did not zero when I posted cash batch to new year. Is that a problem?

This should not create any problems. Just make a note of the first batch number in the current fiscal year for audit purposes.

It might be a problem. What you are actually saying is that you didn't run Year-End Processing, which means your YTD statistics didn't move to "Last Year" and start from zero with the new year.

If you don't look at these statistics, then it is not a problem. If you do and want to fix them, the easiest way is using Toolkit for Adagio, by Dakota Software, which has a feature that refreshes the statistical fields after-the-fact.

Yes, yes (here is the link - http://www.dakotasoftware.com/products.html), and I would rather you ask your dealer about the cost. For all 20+ features there is a large cost, or you can buy one feature at a time, and when you reach the large cost you get all of the remaining features. I think it's the best add-on in the Adagio world.
