When a batch of PADs has been uploaded to the bank, and one is disallowed by the bank, how to reverse that single entry without disturbing rest of the batch? I seem to remember a bulletin on this subject, but cannot find it.

A "denied" PAD entry is treated the same way as an NSF check. The bank will deposit the whole amount of the PAD batch in your bank account, and then "bouce" the denied entry as a separate transaction.

Yes - but how to reverse that entry in Adagio bank rec, or do you just create a new transaction in the form of a withdrawal for the soecific amount?

If the PAD entry was processed in Adagio BankRec as a deposit batch, then the individual details of the deposit will be viewable in BankRec. Highlight the entry that bounced and click the "NSF" button.

I think you might be able to do a negative cash receipt otherwise, but other voices will have to join in to tell you the best way.
