I processed receipts in Purchase order, and I found that it can not be retrieved. the box pompt up saying that the home currency in Purchase order is different from the General Ledger home currency. I checked that and found that home currency in GL is canadian and home currency in PO is USD. We just set up PO for this company located in US days ago. How can I fix it? Thanks.

If you have created databases with mixed home currency codes you cannot fix this. You will need the expertise of your Adagio consultant to help you sort this out and determine the best course of action. A Database repair might be possible or you may have to start over.
