In my multiple page income statement, my "current month" statement shows a row with zeroes for a line item, while my "year to date" statement does not show the row for the same line item.

I would like them both to be the same, either on or off.

How do I hide a row with zero balances?

Thanks,
Tom Condon

I'm assuming separate statements. There is an icon on the financial reporter toolbar to surpress zero's. Make sure both statements have it either selected or deselected.

thank you, Douglas, that's the answer I needed ... the "zero suppress" icon!
