Please recommend manufacturing solution for Adagio (software, procedures, etc.). We have 3 distribution divisions and one plant that manufactures PVC extrusions for all 3 divisions.
We have all core Adagio modules plus PO.

There is no good true manufacturing solution that integrates tightly with Adagio.

Adagio can be used successfully if what you do falls under the category of light manufacturing. You would use a combination of inventory with multiple locations, bills of material and custom reports. If you want more specifics, please ask, and I can flesh this out.

I planning to develop manufacturing and MRP solution for us.
It is "light" manufacturing environment which means no multilevel processing, one step assembly, not to many BOM components, however large number of item (items in all 3 divisions plus RM items = 18,000)
