I have downloaded the (080122) Service Pack for Adagio GL 9.0A but have not installed it. However, I never downloaded the original (071102) Upgrade. I'm slow, forgive me.

Am I going to have any problems? Do I have to install the original (071102) Upgrade first? If so, how do I get it now?

Yes, you must download and install the original 071102 Upgrade before you are able to install any service packs.

If you have the Upgrade email for the 071102 Ledger 9.0A upgrade, the link on the email will allow downloading. You need this email along with new serial number and installaton codes. Once that is done, you can install the latest service pack - you do not have to install any of the 'in-between' service packs.

When I click the link on the e-mail, it sends me to the Download Upgrades page of the Softrak website. However a link for the 071102 upgrade is not there. The only link for Ledger 9.0A is dated 080122. That's the service pack.

How do I get the 071102 upgrade?

Or is it a 080122 revision of the upgrade and the 071122 upgrade no longer exists?

You are right ... that is the complete upgrade including the service pack.

The install codes in your e-mail will still work.

Of course, you won't need to install any service packs.

(Softrak removes out-of-date versions from the web site as soon as a new version is released.)
