We are looking for a secure way of automatically storing our two signatures under the cheque specification which would allow us to print cheque content and signatures all at once. We are currently using a 3rd party software (PayStation) but would like to simplify the process, if possible.
I'm curious to see what other companies are doing to streamline the cheque signing process...

You want the add-on called PrintBoss. It's by Wellspring Software. Your Adagio reseller can sell it to you. If you don't have one, there are quite a few in your area.

Hello:

Paystation and PrintBoss have the same purpose but use different technology. PrintBoss costs less and has more flexibility though it takes longer to setup.

We have a client using PrintBoss & Adagio who keeps their signatures on a memory stick. The memory stick is doubly secured because i) it is kept in a locked safe and ii) they have activated security on the memory stick so that a password is required to use any files on it.

Even though PrintBoss may take longer to set up, the staff at PrintBoss are exceptional in my opinion. They know the product well, & in many instances, connected to my clients' computers to assist with the setup.
I am pleased with their product and it does what it is supposed to do.
