Is there a report in Adagio Inventory that I can run to get a list of Item Numbers, Vendor Number, and Vendor Company Name?

I see that the Vendors report will give me Item number, Vendor Number, and Contact Name, but I need a list of the Vendor companies.

Any suggestions?

There are a few ways this could be accomplished. Both Adagio GridView and Crystal Reports for Adagio are useful for creating custom reports.

However, in this case, the simplest way would be to access Adagio's SmartFinder (F6) from any Find screen.

You might want to start by accessing the Item Maintenance grid. Press F6 and select the Item #, Vendor 1 Code and Vendor 1 Name fields from the Field Selection window and move them to the Selected Fields window using the right arrow button. (Move any field you don't want from the Selected Fields window using the left arrow button.) Click Okay.

Next, the fields at the top of the screen should look like Item #, Containing and blank. Press Enter.

Notice the Excel(Direct) button and Printer buttons in the toolbar. You can easily print your results either directly to Excel or to the printer.
