Hi Cam,
When printing your Custom Reports from within Adagio, a version 7.0 of the Crystal Print Engine is used. It may be that the custom reports you are experiencing problems with contain a feature that is accessible in Crystal Reports 8.5 but was not available in version 7.0. When this happens, previewing custom reports look like they are about to print but instead quickly 'flash' on the screen.
The reports that are working OK for you do not have any features not supported by the version 7.0 print engine.
For now, you will have to print those reports that don't work within Adagio directly from the Crystal Reports for Adagio designer, rather than from OrderEntry.
