Question 1: The client is moving to another address in a few months and would like to include a “WeAreMoving.PDF” file to every OE Invoice that is emailed from OE.

I see that we would save the PDF in the “Attachments folder” directory.
But, when we click the “Print” button and we choose to Email, is there some way that OE can remember the PDF filename in the “Additional PDF attachment” field?

We prefer not having to enter the filename every time we go to the Print window.


Question 2: Another client – They scan the signed Delivery Note document that their driver brings back & using DocStore, the PDF is saved with the Order/Invoice.

When we email the Invoice, is there someway that we can attach the signed Delivery Note PDF with the Invoice?
