I received the G/L update yesterday and installed it, but cannot remember if I used it after that. Today I could not get into three of our 4 Adagio modules - G/L, A/R and Invoices, but could get into A/P. The error messages are reading that the report tables are set to I: (on our server as it should be) but that the current report tables for the modules are not in I:
I am supposed to check workstation drive mappings and if that doesn't work to re-install programs.
I don't know how to check workstation drive mappings and re-installing is not helping. Please instruct me in how to check workstation drive mappings.
I seem to run into this problem every time I get a full update and have to get our consultant in for several hours labour to straighten it out.
