We are currently using all of the Adagio modules but not to their full capacity. We need to get the inventory module working the way it was meant to work but have had no training with this.
Where can I find training on this and questions on how this module works as far as transfers and receipts. Need to know how to clear history for qty on hand and how to get rid of old product codes completely.

Training is not free, but then we resellers have to make a living.

What Adagio modules are you using? Specifically, do you use Purchase Orders for Adagio and which invoicing module do you use? Also what versions are you using?

There is no such thing as "clear history for qty on hand". If you want to adjust lots of "qty on hands", use the Physical Inventory function. If you want to selectively clear history, wait until the next version of Inventory is released, I think that feature will be in there.

I would strongly recommend not getting rid of old product codes ever. You might want to set up a new Control Account called "Obsolete items" and move the items to there so that they don't appear on any reports. Deleting items that have been bought or sold may result in data integrity errors.
