You can use Adagio to keep the books for multiple companies. On the log-in dialog, click the "Create" button and use the next dialog to allocate a set of empty general ledger data files in the directory of your own choosing. Do the same for the other modules, if you'd like the subsidiary ledger data integrated with the general ledger.
