We already run several Adagio moduals; G/L, A/P, A/R, I/C, O/E.
My question is about adding Time & Billing. From the write up on the Web, it says it's good for lawyer, accounting offices etc. Do you know if it would be suitable for a service shop? We have 5 guys who fill out "Time sheets" using a work code and Work Order number recording amount of time spent for each action. These hours add up to give us the number of hours to pay each employee. We then take the info off the Time sheets and enter them onto the back of the individual work orders to give us the "time" to bill the customer.
Do you think we could set up a computer in the back shop and have each technician enter their time giving me reports both on how many hours each technician worked each day and at the same time report by Work Order, making billing easier. I'm also thinking it could probably show us how many hours have been put against any Work Order at any time. Any comments?
