When you are at the Retrieve Accounting Data form:

1) DO NOT tick the "Login prompt"
2) Enter sysadmin for the UserID
3) Leave the Password blank

Use the Maintenance | Maintain Financial Reports menu to create your Financial Reports or to View "Sample Financial Statements" that are shipped with Adagio FX. Once you have the Financial Reporter opened use File | Open to access the Sample Statements to see what you can do using FX.

Bear in mid that FX is a tool that you use to design your own Financial Statement.
