My guess is that there is a dialog hidden be the "Preparing data for retrieval message that is asking you for the password to open the Simply data. You will see this behaviour fixed in the next release.

In the interim, when you are setting up the retrieve dialog where you name the Simply file you are trying to retrieve, enter both the UserId and Password and turn off the "Prompt for password" option. Or, if you look closely, you might be able to drap the "underneath window" out from behind the "Preparing data" message. Sorry for the inconvenience, and thanks for trying Adagio FX.

PS - As this is more of a technical support issue, I'm going to move the discussion into that forum, so that others who might run into this problem can see this solution.
