This is really a technical support question, so I will move the post into that forum.

There are two ways to answer the question.

Firstly, to find out what acounts have been added together to get to a particular result, you can right mouse click on the number, and select "Details" from the pop-up menu. The financial reporter will show you what accounts and departments have been added together. You can keep double clicking all the way to the posted detail if you want.

Secondly, to unhide columns A-C, click on the intersection of the rows and columns in the top left hand corner to select the entire sheet. Then choose Format | Columns | Unhide from the drop menu. All the hidden columns will be displayed.
