The data location is stored within each Quik Link workbook, so if you have moved your data without updating the workbook, then that would explain why your numbers are incorrect.

See Chapter 1 of the manual and the section entitled 'Redefining Excel Links'. There are some steps here that can help reconnect a Quik Link workbook to the data.
