Currently there is no facility within Adagio to change Account / Department numbers. However, your Adagio Partner may be able to help you as there are some tools available for ACCPAC Plus that permit this kind of a change. Changing the ledger accounts preserves the history. If you are not worried about the historical transactions, then the easiest time to make this kind of change is at your year end. After closing the year, and before posting any transactions, export your old chart to Excel, change the account numbers, then import the new accounts into a new, empty dataset.

The financial report support full wildcarding of the accounts, so you can define an account mask (such as ??100) and give it a subaccount name.
