Sorry for the delay responding. I think the answer is that the data layer used in Crystal Reports for Adagio does not work with Crystal Version 10. You have to use the Crystal version shipped with Crystal Reports for Adagio (Version 8.5).

I believe (although I may be mistaken), that the two versions happily co-exist.
