In Adagio Inventory, there is a separate inquiry for showing the cost of inventory items. You can prevent users from accessing this menu choice using the built-in security in the module.

In Adagio OrderEntry, you can prevent the display of costs for a group under the File | Group security tab.

In all Adagio modules, you can prevent users from placing the item cost on the grid by customizing the grid for them, and then preventing that individual user from being able to change their grid view.

Beyond this level of security, customization will be required. We would be happy to quote on the cost, once we are clear on the requirements, but please see if the program will already meet your client's needs.
