After upgrading to the new Adagio AR and looking into Adagio Payments we are wondering if further processing providers will be considered or included in Adagio Payments than North American Payment Solutions.

In the past we have used Monaris to process credit cards and are not keen to have to setup a new merchant account and accept whatever rates they decide to hoist on new customers.

I don't work for Softrak so I can't answer your question. However I can say that North American Payment Solutions (NAPS) guarantees that they will beat any competitor's prices. So, rather than foisting rates onto customers, they are reducing customer costs. I know that one of my clients will save almost $10,000 each year.

I agree that It's a challenge to switch processors but the combination of time-savings (with Adagio's full integration) and cost savings might make it worthwhile.

A recent NAPS review of credit card processing fees for a Vancouver Adagio site considering Adagio Payments uncovered savings of more than $160,000 per year that would be realized in moving to NAPS. They were being charged a $6,000 / month "Non PCI Compliance Fee" by their current provider.
