Hi!
I'm doing my year end adjusting journal entry which will get posted into period 14 in the previous year when I've completed it. All good.
However, after every line I am plagued with a warning that my date is in a closed period... is there a way to defeat this or am I stuck answering it every time? Or is there a workaround? do it all in a current period and then copy with the date change and then delete the original? I'm assuming I'm not the first person to do this, but maybe everyone just answers the question repeatedly...
Thanks!

Hello Hugh,

Sorry for the delay.

Yes, if you create the original entry using dates for a closed period, you are stuck answering the question each time.
