I have just upgraded Payables to 9.2A. When signing on to Adagio Invoices, which is 9.1A, I get the message Error103 Failed to obtain Version Information from CRPE32.DLL::GetCrpeVersion<GetVersionInfo> ... It lets me in, but I can't print. It says Print engine not found. Same thing in Receivables 9.1A. We are trying to print standard reports, no custom reports. Guess it's the Crystal reports. What now?

The error message indicates that the CRPE32.DLL file is missing from both the \Softrak\System\Win32 directory and the fallback C:\Windows\SysWow64 directory. Installing Adagio Payables 9.2A does not remove this file from either location, so something else has occurred on your system to remove this file from both locations.

Well, the upgrade was the only new procedure performed, so I don't know how the file became missing. This explanation didn't help me; but, fortunately, our tech person was able to locate the file based on the directories you mentioned.
