Hello,

I am having trouble viewing on individuals Statments/Letters in Adagio A/R. When I chose their customer number and try to view or print their statment the following message appears.

"List index out of bounds (181)"

Once I hit okay the statement shows up to date their invoices and totals, yet when I try to close out of it the following messages comes up.

"A Call to an OS function failed."

Not sure what the problem is, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Josh

Josh:

Which version of Adagio Receivables are you using? Look in Help | About. Please include the date code.

Have you run the Data Integrity Check? What are the results.

Has anything recently changed? Hardware or software?

Douglas:

The version of Adagio Receivables that I am using is 9.0A(090928).

I have run the Data Integrity Check and it comes up with no errors.

To the best of my knowledge there has been no changes to any hardware or software.

The odd thing is with the rest of our clients/individuals in A/R this message does not pop up, only for this one indvidual person

Thanks,
Josh

What printer is selected? Is it a "real" printer? My guess is that it is a PDF printer reporting 100+ different paper sizes to Adagio.

Choose a different printer and see if the problem disappears.

Andrew I think you are posting in the wrong topic as I was not inquiring about printing PDF's.

You are trying to View or Print a statement. This requires processing of the specification by your currently selected printer, or the printer specified for the printing of forms.

It's possible this isn't an Adagio problem.

What printer is selected for printing statement?

The printer that is selected is the default printer.

However I don't understand how it would be the printer as it only happens with one individual out of about the 40 we have, as the rest of them work with no problem.

Andrew might be on the right track. Try assigning a different printer to the print function.

Hi, Josh,

It's also possible there may be a duplicate check number using different case causing the issue. If so, upgrading to a current release should resolve the problem for you.

Your organization is on an upgrades plan and the release of Receivables you are using at the moment is a few years old now.

Thanks.

I just download the upgrade and for installing it, I just run the exe file and follow the instructions.

Just want to make clear.

Thanks
