I would like to set up a user that can approve requisitions but cannot create any or set up a user that can create a requisition but cannot approve one. Is this possible? From what I can tell when creating a group, in the forms tab, for requisitions, the 'Can Add' box allows creation of new requisitions and approving them. Perhaps there is a way around this? Thanks.

The 'Approve' button is tied the Security group’s ability to create Purchase Orders. On the Forms tab, remove ‘Can Add’ from Orders.
