Would like to confirm how and when the inventory items are being updated. Please confirm below.
When an order is invoiced NOT at time of printing off Picking Slips, total qty. shipped and invoiced items will be updated to inventory as reduction.
When a product is received through PO receipt, total qty. received will be updated to inventory as addition.
All other movements will be through adjustments, stock transfers, assembles or yearly inventory physical count update.

Hi Kitty

If all you care about is quantities, your statements are correct. I'm assuming you are using Adagio OrderEntry and Adagio PurchaseOrders.

As for costs, they are not updated until day-end processing is done in OE or PO.
