Hi

The "qty on PO" was not update properly after we upgraded Adagio PO to 8.1A from 2.1. This happens to all POs that we have created (before and after the update)

We were able to re-create this problem. here is what we did
1> create a new PO with two items
2> recevie one and not recevie the other ( without backorder)
3> QTY on PO for the item that was not recevied still show the qty we orderred.

Please advise

Hi, Henry,

When you posted the partial receipt, did you Complete the PO at the prompt? If so, run DIC and it will fix the numbers for you.

here are the two test I did

1>
Item A
orderred 20
received 10
backorder 0

the QTY on hand updated properly

2>

Item A
orderred 20
recevied 0
backorder 0

the qty on hand stays 20

Please advise

DIC fixes the problem , but it does not stop it happening again.

It is happening on every PO we created. Please help

Hi, Henry,

Don't complete the order at the prompt. You are able to complete the PO by right clicking on it and marking it Complete that way.
