I am new to Adagio and want to import detailed invoices to AP. The manual references templates for this - APINVIM.CSV or APINV.XLS. I cannot locate these in the Adagio file list. Can someone send these to me or tell me how to access? Thanks for your help!

These files can be found in the x:\Softrak\Apwin\samdata folder.

These are also available within the online AP Help. From the main menu, select Help and Contents. Click on the Importing/Exporting link. Within the See Also at the top of the topic (and other places) you'll find a link to the various Import Format Notes topics.

Andrew, I checked out the Import/Export files set of tech Tips and there does not seem to be instructions for AP invoice import although I will certainly use some of the others I saw there like import budget into the GL. I saw the instructions in the manual (the same as in help) and what I am after are the sample templates that are referred to. Could seomeone send me the templates in Excel and CSV? i just need the ones for invoice import right now. Thanks.
