I have 2 questions that have arisen since upgrades were installed last week. I am trying to insert a column in the order entry template. The vertical lines show on the screen but they are not there when a confirmation or invoice is printed. And in checking the template, there are fields showing in the body (description) that are not visible anywhere on our customized template. HELP please and thanks!

The order entry template does not allow for the insertion of a column. Are you referring to the invoice specification?

Vertical lines must be added to every section (detail, misc charges, etc).

If you have details on the print out that you do not see in the designer then they are likely hidden behind another field or possibly even below the visable section hight (to see these temporatily make the section higher.

If you are running a current version of Adagio Order Entry, you can assign a property to the vertical line called 'Extend Thru Detail' which would allow you to insert just a single vertical line into the header section, and not require all the individual lines in each detail section.
