It has been brought to my attention that the subject line in the monthly statement emails reads as "Adagio Corporation: Monthly Statement of Account" - Is there anyway to make the Adagio Corporation say Engravers Express instead?? I have customers who are rather confused receiving an email from Adagio Corporation

Type "Email cover sheets" into Adagio Help for a directions.

Okay I looked throught the help menu for email cover sheets and it did not show me anything I hadn't already looked at. When I look at my email cover sheet in A/R under edit the preview of the email subject line does not include "Adagio Corporation" it only shows up as "Monthly Statement of Account" and I could not find anything under the help Email Cover Sheets to change it.

The Help wouldn't specifically refer to changing the cover sheet so it doesn't say Adagio Corporation. It discusses the set up of cover sheets in general.

From the menu, edit your cover sheet and look at the Subject line. It probably has 'Adagio Corporation' it in.

Was my fault - we have about 5 different cover sheets and it only has Adagio Corporation in 1 of these and that was the 1 I was using of course.
