Today we suddenly can't print to Adobe PDF Converter (version 9.0)from within Ledger reports menu (example a trial balance or a detail listing). We can print from the financial reporter within Ledger though. We have no problem printing an open payables listing from Payables to Adobe PDF Converter.

No other program (Word or Excel) has issues printing to Adobe PDF Converter.

Has anyone seen this and have a solution?

Define "can't print". Can you print to a real printer?

Yes, I can print to a real printer but not the the Adobe PDF Converter "printer". The process appears to start but the PDF document does not get created.

Is it the same for 'simpler' reports such as the company profile?

Does the company have multicurrency enabled?

Nothing in the Ledger Reports menu will print to Adobe PDF.

One additional note: when printing to file as a Word document format (in Ledger only) the document that is created does not open in Word.

Did you just do an Adobe update the other day? I did and now, you're right, I can't use my Adobe PDF for GL reports only also.

Try CutePDF. It's free and I find it creates the pdf files quicker than Adobe's tool.

Seems the Adobe update may be causing problems in other programs as well.

However, just tested and, for Adagio, this has been resolved for the next release of Ledger.
