Since latest upgrade (A/R), I went to print my monthly statements and they are missing the address (specifically the city) of my customers. Anyone having this same problem? Technical tried to direct me how to fix this, but I am not following.

If, when converting to Adagio Receivables V9.0A, you asked it to adjust the way that adresses are being stored (adopting the North American standard), you will have to adjust your statement specification to reflect the changes made to the address information in the customer master.
