I have setup and assigned individuals to their respective groups based on their privileges, this was done in one Company. Can i now copy this accross to the other companies?

Hi,
Yes. You'll need to change the extension to that of the dataset you've copied the files to. Also, depending on what versions of Adagio you're using, the filenames vary.
