odel29 Adagio Enthusiast Registered: 04/08/09 Posts: 26 Loc: St. Lucia, Caribbean	We came across an error when posting payment batch in AP subledger. "Amount applied is greater than maximum payable" When I looked at what is outstanding on the invoice the payable amount is greater than what is applied. What do you think our problem is? Retired_Guy Adagio Master Registered: 03/16/99 Posts: 10504 Loc: Canada	Someone used Payments \| Payment control to set a "maximum payment" on the invoice and then someone paid more than that amount on a manual cheque. Change the maximum payable figure. _________________________ Andrew Bates
