The datacare is failed last night due to Invalid Items. It says Item line must be manually corrected for document c 4053. what are the possible reasons for invalid items?

You deleted the item from Inventory with an active credit note (# 4053). You need to re-enter the item into inventory or delete the line from the credit note.

You are right. One of our employees deleted those item and added back in this morning. Therefore I did not find the reason in the first place.
