After I closed the year end of 2008, when I print sales history report of Jan 09, I found that the year to date amounts are correct but the current amounts includes the Dec08 amount. When I closed 2008, the dialogue box asked last year end, which I think should be Dec 2007, the last period, which should be November of 2008. Maybe I did something wrong. How can I fix it? Thanks.

The Sales History amounts stored in Adagio Inventory are strictly statistical amounts and are controlled solely on the timing you perform Period End and Year End processing. It doesn't matter if transactions are posted with earlier or later dates, it only matters when they are posted.

To fix, you need to take a look at the Toolkit for Adagio from Dakota Software. There is a utility to recalculate IC Sales History based on the IC Transaction History amounts.
