Does anyone know if BMO has estatements that can be downloaded into bank rec?

Yes, BMO has formats that will download into Adagio Bankrec, and the format varies depending upon your download service type.

Normally you would/should be able to use the OFX format.

However, they have just changed their format from the standard OFX so that the cheq# is difficult to recognize. This has happened several times before and suddenly the format changes back (without notification).

The transaction file will still match and kill the O/S cheques but uses the data and cheq amount instead of the cheq#. If you have a number of cheqs of the same amount on the same day it will be a problem.

We expect that BMO will eventually get it right, but are a difficult group to get through to.
